OpenCourtFinder respects your privacy in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

About this project

OpenCourtFinder is a free (for now, at least), independent community project made by a player, for players. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the courts or booking platforms listed (such as PickleHub). Court info comes from public pages, and all bookings and payments happen on each court's own page.

What we collect

Feedback you choose to give: a 0–10 rating and optional comments.
Optional contact info only if you give it: name, email, phone or Messenger, and your role (player, organizer, court owner), plus a record of your consent and when you gave it.
Anonymous button taps: when someone taps Book online, Message, or Website, we record which button, which court, and the active filters. This has no name, email, or phone attached.

Why

To improve this beta based on feedback and usage.
To send updates about open plays and new courts, only if you agreed.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in Google services (Google Forms and Google Sheets) managed by the site owner. Our website host (Vercel) may keep standard technical logs.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only if required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or unsubscribe, anytime. Email hello@opencourtfinder.com and we will act on it promptly. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
